Art Education Master's Of Arts Exhibit At Adelphi University

Adelphi University is pleased to announce the 2009 Art Education Master's of Arts Exhibition. The program will run from April 27 through May 4, in the Adele and Herbert J. Klapper Center for Fine Arts, 1 South Avenue, Garden City. A free reception is scheduled for Tuesday, April 28, at 6:00 p.m. The show is a culmination of talent put forth by graduate students in the Master's in Art Education program, and includes paintings, drawings, film, and mixed media works. Artists with work included in the exhibit are Hillary Broder M.A.'09, Ryan Gottcent M.A.'09, Amanda Kaminski

M.A.'09, Jaimie Massa M.A.'09, Michelle Posner M.A.'09, and Amanda Signorelli M.A.'09. Organizers and curators for the event are Adelphi faculty members Eliz Alahverdian, Cindy Maguire, and Courtney Weida. All pieces featured in the exhibit were selected according to their craftsmanship, clarity, and visual effectiveness, making the exhibit an impressive show of the highest quality.
