The 54th annual Easter Sunday Vintage Car Parade will step off this Sunday, April 12 at 1 p.m. from Tenth Street on Franklin Avenue. The Garden City Board of Trustees has approved the 2009-10 budget, which calls for the average-assessed Village homeowner to pay an additional $302 in Village taxes.
