Health And Fitness
1-2-3-4- Let's exercise some more .... The seasonal change from winter to spring makes us vulnerable and susceptible to sniffles, colds and other infectious problems. Don't shed the winter clothing too soon, stay with a proper diet and keep up the exercise routine. Just be careful.
Flu season is still around. A proper diet and exercise will keep your weight down and lower your blood sugar To take better care of mind and body, visit the Recreation Department FREE exercise program at the St. Paul's complex every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, two sessions each day one at 9:15 a.m. and one at 10:30 a.m. Stop by and let Felicia help you get back in shape. No appointments, no commitment, just show up when you have the time and inclination. Try it, you'll love it.
