The Eastern Property Owners' Association (EPOA) announces that after careful consideration and despite the global financial crisis it will award a $1000 scholarship to a worthy high school senior who plans to attend college full time in the Fall. The student must be involved in some form of community service and candidates and/or their family must be dues paying members of the EPOA.
