Senator Kemp Hannon The Officers and Directors of the Central Property Owners Association are honored to have Senator Kemp Hannon as our guest speaker at the next regular meeting on Tuesday, April 14th - 8PM at the Senior Center on Golf Club Lane. The NYS Legislature is currently scheduled to be on Spring Break, thereby allowing the Senator to be home in Garden City and available to address our board and resident attendees. Given the economic situation, increasing unemployment and the budget crisis effecting NY State, Nassau County and our own Village of Garden City, we look forward to an informative and insightful presentation with open dialogue for discussion with the audience.

At the conclusion of Senator Hannon's presentation, the CPOA will conduct its regular meeting including reports from the CPOA President, from our Village Board of Trustees, and from CPOA Committee Chairpersons.
