PTA School Supply Sale Extended

2009-04-03 / School

The school supply committee sincerely apologizes for the current situation with the EPI website. EPI (the company handling the Garden City PTA's school supply program) is experiencing difficulties with its main website. We realize this has caused many questions and concerns when ordering your supplies this year. In order to still provide school supplies, our distributor Miss Chocolate (www.misschocolate.com) has attempted to reconstruct their website to accept your school supply orders. Because of this please read the following directions when placing your school supply orders. Log on to the EPI website by typing www.epipacks.com

Scroll down to where it says: "To order Garden City school supplies, please visit Miss Chocolate at www.misschocolate.com."

READ THROUGH ALL THE STEPS - before you start.

STEP 1 - You must register as a customer. Go To Welcome: Guest Login (located at the top of the page)

STEP 2 - Click on the Garden City Supplies button to begin (located up and to the left)

STEP 3 - Select items to be placed in your Shopping Cart- order for the grade your child will be going into in September 2009)

STEP 4 - When finished, select Checkout on top menu.

DO NOT ENTER A STUDENT ID#

The School Code of GAR054 only works in the original epipacks.com website. Do not enter anything in the Student ID field. *Please note that all orders received from Garden City will be credited to the Garden City PTA School Supply program.

Click on: ("Click Here if you do not have a Student ID") then Scroll down and in the Comment section: Please put your child's name(s) and SEPT 2009 Grade to receive free labels. Next, scroll down to bottom and select CONTINUE. You have to click this 2 - 3 times.

STEP 5 - There are NO SHIPPING CHARGES!!! (Note: if you inadvertently get charged shipping, we will credit your credit card back)

ALL Garden City Supplies will be available for pick up on June 6, 2009 at the Garden City Middle School cafeteria from 10am - 1pm. Orders are not sent to your home.

Although it appears like you can ship your supplies directly to your home, this is not an option. This is a temporary fix to EPI's website and unfortunately, Miss Chocolate can not change this aspect of their ordering system. If you still have any questions or problems, please email Miss Chocolate at onlineadmin@misschocolate.com, or call 631-777-2400 Monday - Friday from 9am to 3pm and ask for Tim.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and confusion, and we thank you for your patience.

Please note Miss Chocolate website is not compatible to the Safari browser.
