The children of the St. John's Kenyan Children's Foundation will celebrate a very special Easter this year, thanks to the generosity of many Garden City families, who are participating in the FACE (Feed A Child on Easter) Project. FACE gives all participants the opportunity to pray together as a family, for all the innocent Kenyan children who are being affected by famine, and to make a donation for a meal at Easter. Our goal is to collect $25 per family, from 50 local families, to provide food for 50 Kenyan families. This is a beautiful way to celebrate Easter, by donating a meal to someone who is in need. The food packs that will be distributed on Easter Sunday, will feed a Kenyan family for 2 to 4 weeks. You still have time to send in your donation. The deadline is Wednesday, April 8.
