Throughout the weekend, the new scouts learned many new camping skills. Such as: proper care and use of a pocketknife, ax and saw. Older scouts demonstrated techniques in lashing, first aid, camp cooking, kindling the fire and other skills. The highlight was the Deep Fried Turkey and endless storytelling. BSA Troop 55 is sponsored by the Cathedral of Incarnation.
