Legion Commander John Donovan and Past County Commander Herb Blauert flank auxiliary Unit President, Joan Nedelka planning the Legion's 90 On Sunday, March 29, 2009 the American Legion Auxiliary Unit #265 will offer a Luncheon/Bridge at the Garden City Senior Center from 12:30 to 5 p.m.

This popular afternoon will include wine, beer and soda accompanied by chicken cordon bleu, corned beef and cabbage and eggplant parmigiana, mashed potatoes, stir fry vegetables, salad, rolls, cake, tea and coffee. These Luncheon/Bridge Legion affairs help to raise money which is used to provide the Veterans at Northport VA Hospital with periodic good cheer. A raffle and a 50/50 will be conducted during the bridge.
