New York Young Musicians' Ensemble

The New York Young Musicians' Ensemble will perform a concert of chamber music on Sunday, April 5, 2009, at 1:30 p.m. The performance will include the Vivaldi Concerto for Three Violins in F, plus works by Grieg, Mendelssohn, and Mozart.

The New York Young Musicians' Ensemble, founded in 1982 by Mrs. Nicole DiCecco, consists of a group of 25 accomplished young musicians who perform at a high level and strive to spread friendship through the international language of music. The Ensemble has performed concerts in Paris, France, Tuscany, Italy and Weill Hall of Carnegie Hall. They will be performing in Greece in the summer of 2009.

Tickets are $20, $15 for seniors and $10 for children 12 and under. The concert will take place at the Ethical Humanist Society of Long Island, located at 38 Old Country Road, Garden City, NY (at the western end of Old Country Road, next to the water tower.)
