Garden City's High School's girls basketball team finished their season with a playoff loss to Westbury but fans can look forward to next year as Diana Leondis will look to become the 4th player in Garden City history to score 1000 career points. A varsity player since 8th grade, Leondis scored 333 points this season and currently has amassed 996 career points, including the 32 points she scored against Westbury in the Nassau quarterfinal.
