he American Cancer Society, Garden City Unit, is proud to announce its first Spin for Hope on Sunday, February 9, from 8 AM until 12 noon. Gold's Gym of Garden City Park will host the event, and everyone is welcome!

Participants can spin as a one-person team for one 45 minute session, or, if you're feeling up to it, for all four sessions. Another option is to form a team, share the bike and split up the time. The registration fee is $25 per person. Each of the four sessions will begin at the top of the hour: 8, 9, 10 and 11. Get there a few minutes early to adjust your bike and warm up. All funds raised support the American Cancer Society in its mission to eliminate cancer as a major public health threat.
