Residents of the Garden City School District who plan to send their children to a non-public school for the 2009-2010 school year must request transportation. The maximum distance a child will be transported is 15 miles. In order to be eligible, an application must be filed on or before April 1, 2009. Late requests will not be honored. A new application must be filed every year even if a child is currently receiving transportation.

Applications may be obtained from 8:30AM to 4:00PM at the Business Office, Room 1, 56 Cathedral Avenue, Garden City, NY 11530.

NOTE: St. Anne's, St. Joseph's students do not have to submit forms.

The forms will be submitted directly by these schools for its students.
