For 8th Grade Parents/ Guardians of students in public, private and parochial schools.

The Garden City High School PTA invites 8th grade parents/ guardians to tour the Garden City High School on Friday, January 9th. As a supplement to the High School Orientation for 8th Grade Parents on January 7th, these tours provide parents with the opportunity to experience the atmosphere of the high school while the school is in session.

Student led tours begin at 8:30am and 10:30am. At 9:30am in the school cafeteria, parents/ guardians from both tour periods will be able to meet the Principal, Ms. Nanine Cuttitta, Assistant Principals, Dr. Adele Pecora and Mr. Dave Perrotta, the Guidance Coordinator, Ms. Kitty Klein, the Athletic Director, Ms. Nancy Kalafus, 6-12 Curriculum Coordinators and PTA representatives. Parents will be free ask questions and enjoy PTA hospitality.

On the day of the tours, please allow plenty of time to park. Enter the High School through the Merillon Avenue bus circle door and sign in at the monitor's table. A school representative will be there to greet you.
