Chamber, Historical Society Yuletide Reception

The Garden City Historical Society Museum, setting for the Yuletide Reception
The Garden City Historical Society Museum, 109 Eleventh Street, will be the setting for a special complimentary Yuletide Reception next Wednesday, December 10 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. to be hosted by the Historical Society and the Garden City Chamber of Commerce Foundation. The elegant Historical Society Museum is all decked out in Holiday Style for this special event to be sponsored by the law firm of Reisman, Peirez and Reisman, LLP. Brian Pinnolla, president of the Garden City Historical has announced that a feature will be the Historical Society's annual A.T. Stewart Awards to both a residential and commercial property that has kept their new or renovated property within the historic nature of A.T. Stewart's vision for the Village of Garden City.

Joanne Adams, president of the Chamber Foundation reminds that although there will not be an attendance fee, to raise funds to fulfill its mission to provide scholarships for deserving Garden City High School students, and to assist community members in need, the Chamber Foundation will hold an exciting silent auction with an impressive array of prizes donated by local businesses and individuals. They, along with Yuletide Reception sponsors include: Joanne K. Adams, Annastasia Salon, Barbatsuly Furs, Barnes Gallery, Calegero's, Citibank, Culinary Heights, Maureen Clancy, Stephanie Cullum, Dougall Fraser, Edible Arrangements, Garden City Pizza, Garden City Skin Care, Grimaldi's Pizzeria, Jamesport Vineyards, King's supermarket, Tim McCue, National Football League, National League, Panini Place, Althea Robinson, Sapienza Pastry Inc., Monica Schoelle, Seventh Street Cafe, Sunflower Fine Art & Framing, The New York Racing Association, Inc., the Garden City Historical Society, the Garden City Hotel, The Island, The Pear Tree, Walk Street, Beth and John Watras, Westbury Manor and Westminster Nursery.
