Gladiators Win Premiere Cup

The U16B Garden City Gladiators started off their sophomore season in winning fashion taking 1st place in the "Elite" bracket of the Long Island Premiere Cup Tournament held at Mitchell Field. The team finished with a 3-1 record, 12 goals for and only 3 against with the only loss, a 3-2 thriller to the Albertson Academy 92 team which is ranked # 4 in NY State. The Gladiators will take part in the LI Shootout this weekend at SUNY StonyBrook, then break for the high school season.Thanks to all the coach's, trainers and families and the Centennial Club for the commitment to the team.
