4th Grade Girls Finish 2nd in Island Garden

On Monday, March 31st, the GCAA Kelly 4th grade girls' team tipped off against Christ the King in the Championship Game of the Island Garden Super League. These two teams faced each other 3 weeks earlier with GCAA coming out on top. This was another very close game with two very good teams. This time the results were reversed as Christ the King beat GCAA to win the Championship.
These girls had a great season. They were placed in a combined 4th & 5th grade league and finished the regular season tied for 3rd place with a remarkable 12-6 record. They all worked very hard throughout the season and showed improvement along the way. They played some very difficult games and never gave up. Congratulations on a great season!!
