PTA Budget Presentation

The Garden City PTA will only be offering two presentations of the 2008-2009 Garden City School Budget. In the past, parents and community members had the opportunity to attend the budget presentation at any of the schools' May PTA meetings. This year there will only be two opportunities to hear the Budget presentation. One of the presentations will be a nighttime presentation on Monday, May 5th at 8:00pm at the High School. The other presentation will be during the day on Wednesday, May 14th at 9:15am at Stratford School.

If you were not able to attend the Budget work sessions in February and March or have not had the time to view the presentations which are available online at www.gardencity.k12.ny.us (click on 2008-2009 Budget Presentations), this is the perfect opportunity for you to come out and learn about the 2008-2009 Garden City School District Budget.

The PTA hopes everyone will take advantage of these opportunities and will attend one of the two Budget presentations so you can be an informed voter.
