Standing Room Only At Garden City Community Theatre

The Garden City Community Theatre's Spring 2008 musical, "That's Amore" scheduled for April 11-13, is basically sold out with "standing room only". Featuring nearly 20 songs, and a cast of what seems like hundreds, the play directed by John Mezzo, is suprisingly sweet. A great set of a 1950's Italian restaurant features tiny rats swarming the place amongst the fancy dressed dancers and singers. Fantastic costumes and great piano music by Emmy award winning Kim Oler. The Garden City Community Theatre extends its sincere thanks to the Garden City Community Church for supporting the production of these original plays and providing the opportunity for young and old to sing and dance on stage. Congrats to all of the performers, stage crew, and musicians, as well as the many families that contributed their time and talent to putting on the high quality shows.
