Berlin to Prague; Cruising the Elbe River

By way of a slide presentation, travel along the historic Elbe River from Germany to the Czech Republic.

Start in Berlin and explore this famous city now re-united after almost fifty years of separation. Move on to Potsdam, Germany's playground for the rich and famous. Cruising along the Elbe the Taubs stop at Magdeburg, Wittenburg, home of Martin Luther, Meissen, Dresden, and the Terezin concentration camp. This tour, through slides and lecture will give the participants a taste of the meadows and castles of Bohemia and end with a walk through the fairytale streets of Prague.
