Spring Men's Softball League Forming
he Garden City Recreation Department's spring softball league for men is beginning registration. Rosters will be accepted from teams meeting the following eligibility requirements:
1. Teams comprised of employees of businesses located in the Inc. Village of Garden City, and/or
2. Teams comprised of current residents of the Inc. Village of Garden City, and/or
3. Teams comprised of employees of the Inc. Village of Garden City.
The fee for this league will be $500, which covers umpire fees, balls, and trophies. Applications will not be accepted without a completed roster package. This includes a signed consent form, a completed roster, a copy of each player's current driver's license, and a check to cover the league fee.
Roster packages are available for pick up in the Recreation Office of Village Hall. The deadline for submitting completed applications will be Thursday, March 27th.
