Want To Ref For The Centennials?

A soccer reffing course is being offered to students in 7th grade or up who is interested in becoming a Garden City Centennial Soccer referee. In order to become a referee for the upcoming spring season, you must attend both days of a two night course and pass a written test.

The course will be held in the Stratford School cafeteria from 7 - 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 26th and Thursday, March 27th. Students are asked to bring a pad and pen with them to both sessions. The test will be given at the end of the second session.

In order to be a ref this spring, you must be available to officiate games on Saturdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Only referees who have taken and passed the Centennial referee course are eligible to officiate. For further information, please email Sandra Young at sandramyoung@msn.com.
