Stratford School Teacher Named Educator Of The Week

WLNY TV/55 has selected Stratford Avenue School Teacher Madelyn Keegan as a WLNY TV/55 Educator of the Week. The program honors teachers who "go beyond the ordinary to create a positive impact on students and the teaching process." A special education teacher, Ms. Keegan has worked in the Garden City School District for more than 20 years. "Maddie continually demonstrates a strong commitment to the students, as well as to her profession," Stratford School Principal Diane Hopkins said. "She is always available for children, parents, staff, and the administration and is the true embodiment of a dedicated master teacher."
