Chamber To Hear Winston Condo Overview
By Developer And Mineola Mayor

Vincent Polimeni, Developer
How will the Winston, the planned 285-unit luxury condominium facility at Garden City's border on Old Country Road impact the Village? The Garden City Chamber invites members of the Garden City business and residential communities to hear an overview of the project featuring Vincent Polimeni, developer and CEO. Polimeni International, LLC, a full service real estate firm with subsidiary companies specializing in the development, construction, management, brokerage and marketing of prime commercial properties. Contributing to the presentation will be Mayor Jack Martins, mayor of the Incorporated Village of Mineola and winner of the 2006Vision Long Island Smart Growth Award for completing a Comprehensive Master Plan for the Village of Mineola. The program will begin with a business showcase at 11:30, combined with an hour of networking. Luncheon is served promptly at 12:30 p.m.

According to Polimeni International, the project, slated for the north side of Old Country Road between Willis Avenue and Main Street will inject more than $19,000,000 in discretionary spending into the local economy - half of which is expected to find its way into Garden City's downtown. Additionally, an extensive package of amenities has been engineered that will serve to benefit the Village of Mineola.
