Board Of Education Meeting Dates

The Garden City School Board of Education will meet at 8:15 p.m., Monday, March 10, in the cafeteria of Garden City High School for a budget work session on non-instructional areas and administrative and capital components of the budget. Additional work sessions are scheduled for March 17 (wrap up and final adjustments and refinements, if needed) and April 7 (if needed for additional review and discussion).

The public hearing on the 2008-2009 school budget is scheduled for Monday, May 12. The budget vote is scheduled for Tuesday, May 20.

Regular meeting dates for the remainder of the 2007-2008 academic year are Monday, March 17; Wednesday, April 16; and Mondays, May 19 and June 16. Work session meeting dates for the remainder of the 2007-2008 academic year are Mondays, March 10, April 7, May 12, and June 9.
