speaker program to feature real estate

issues

On Monday, February 25 at 1:00 p.m. our guest speaker will be Anne Hogan - a long time real estate broker in our Village and owner of a brokerage in her name. She will address the state of the local real estate - especially price trends - and then she will discuss issues relating specifically to seniors, such as: reverse mortgages, assisted living, the decision of whether to sell your home, moving far away, and how to reduce the quantity of your belongings. An "elder law" expert will accompany Anne and participate in the discussion. It should be an educational and useful session. Non-members, seniors male Garden City residents are invited to attend.
