Girls Varsity Basketball Hosts Levittown

Garden City's girls varsity basketball team played host to Levittown's Division Blue Dragons on Saturday morning January 19th. Garden City won the game by a score of 69-58. Sophomore Diana Leondis scored 20 points and went 9 for 9 from the free throw line for the Trojans. Also scoring for the Trojans were: Becky Lynch (19), Barbara Sullivan (15), Amalia DeBrosse (5), Dayna Defliese (4), Brittany Wilton (2) Katie Poppe (2), Kim Ryan (2).
