Chef Extraordinaire Wins Award
Any student who has taken a cake decorating class with Chef Gerard will say that decorating becomes a fun, creative way to express artistry under the direction of this dedicated teacher. Chef Malloy comes to Garden City with international experience. Having graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Chef Gerard has trained in Switzerland prior to becoming Pastry Chef at Window on the World and at the "21" Club. He has also taught at the Arts Institute of New York City.
