AvalonBay To Speak At Estates POA Meeting

The Electors Meeting for the Estates Section will be held on Tuesday, January 15th at 8PM in the Stratford School Auditorium. All Estates Residents are invited and encouraged to attend. At this meeting, the Estates Nominating committee will present their nomination of Mr. John Mauk as Village Trustee Candidate for the Estates Section. While this meeting will be brief, the Estates POA will conduct its January Meeting immediately following the Electors' Meeting.

The Property Owners' Association of Garden City Estates welcomes everyone to attend our January Meeting.

The guest speaker will be Mr. Matthew Whalen, Vice President, Development of AvalonBay Communities, Inc. Mr. Whalen will present AvalonBay's proposal for the St. Paul's Property. This is a very important topic for all of us, and we should definitely use this presentation to listen and contribute to the process. There will be a question and answer period after the presentation. We look forward to seeing everyone next Tuesday.
