Alison Dickard

Alison Dickard (nee Corvington) age 48, of Wyckoff NJ, died peacefully on Monday, December 24, 2007. Alison was born in New York City on December 9, 1959 and she lived in Garden City before moving to Wyckoff 15 years ago.

In her early career Alison was in public relations and the legal field before becoming a full time homemaker. In her spare time she volunteered at the Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge and the Manhattan ASPCA. Alison was an accom-plished Ballet Dancer, studying in a number of studios in New York City, a practitioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu, and was a member of MENSA.

Surviving is her son Matthew B. Dickard of Wyckoff, her parents Mark and Jean (nee Fernandes) Corvington of Garden City, and her Aunts Heidi Conti and Yolanda Fletcher of Oradell, NJ.
