In an effort to increase contact between students and colleges, Garden City High School's Guidance Department invited 150 college representatives to attend one of four in-school college mini-fairs held during the month of October. At different times during the school day and at various locations in the high school, interested juniors and seniors were able to obtain brochures and question college representatives from across the nation. Additionally, college representatives who could not attend the mini-fairs were invited to meet with students individually at the high school to provide information about their schools, majors, and application process.
