French Pastry Fest

In celebration of National French Week, Mr. David Strauzer's Middle School French 6, 7 and 8 classes had a scrumptious pastry fest during their French period. Students either purchased or created the most delicious French pastries. Some examples were: éclairs, croissants, crépes, tarte aux pommes, just to name a few. In addition, students also brought in baguettes (crusty French bread) and brie. Students were asked to produce a recipe which would be made into a French pastry recipe book. The students really enjoyed themselves, did a fantastic job, and can't wait for their next "gastronomic" experience!!!
