Congratulations to 15 gifted Garden City Middle School students for their acceptance to Adelphi's 2008 Excelsior Program. The two-week math and science enrichment program, which was taught by Adelphi professors and graduate students, was held over the summer and included trips to environmental sites where students had the opportunity to work with geologists and naturalists in the field.
