Keith DeCarlo a 2002 graduate of Garden City High school was awarded his Masters degree in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University, in Alfred, NY in September 2008. Engineers and Scientists create and combine ceramic materials for specific purposes and new applications. Keith is currently working as both an research assistant and teaching assistant at Alfred University. Most recently, Keith attended the International Conference on Sintering in San Diego, California and is now being published in Ceramic Transactions. Keith recently passed the qualifying exam to continue on to study for his Ph.D. in Ceramic Science. Keith's very proud parents are Judy & Joe DeCarlo.
