The Garden City School District is assuring residents via their Web site that they were not involved in any way with a recent security breach involving an outside computer consulting company. The district posted the following message on their home page: "It has come to our attention that e-mail addresses of some Garden City parents were posted on a web site. More ... The Spanish Class program is available to children in grades K-5 and will be offered on Mondays at Stratford School. The 10 week session will begin January 5th and end March 23rd. On Friday, November 14th, Garden City Nursery School held its second annual Casino Night at Stewart Manor Country Club. They were treated to several small group setting seminars on landforms, energy and saw Robert Redford's IMAX production detailing the fall of water levels in the Arizona area. Keith DeCarlo a 2002 graduate of Garden City High school was awarded his Masters degree in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University, in Alfred, NY in September 2008. Engineers and Scientists create and combine ceramic materials for specific purposes and new applications.
