In Memoriam Theresa Castellano

Theresa (Terry) Castellano, of Ponte Vedra Beach FL (formerly of Garden City), passed away on Sunday, November 23, at the age of 88 years. She was born in Glasgow, Scotland to Bridget O'Malley O'Donnell and William Michael O'Donnell of Louisburgh, County Mayo, Ireland. Terry was raised in Louisburgh until coming to the states as a young girl.

She was predeceased by her husband Michael of 59 years in 2001. She is survived by her loving children, Eileen (Johnson; husband Chuck), Christine (Levchuk; husband John), Claire Castellano all of Ponte Vedra Beach and Michael Castellano (wife Ozana) of Robbinsville, NJ. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Katharine and Matthew Levchuk, Kristen and Megan Castellano and Kevin and Scott Johnson.

She was a member of Our Lady Star of the Sea RC Church and the Players Community Senior Center. Before moving to Ponte Vedra Beach, Terry lived in Garden City, Stewart Manor, and Brooklyn, NY.

A memorial service and Mass of Christian Burial was held on Friday, November 28, at the chapel of Ponte Vedra Valley Cemetery, Ponte Vedra Beach. A reception followed at the Players Community Senior Center immediately afterward. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name, can be made to the Sunshine Club at the Players Community Senior Center or the Northeast Florida Community Hospice, McGraw Center.
