Irish step dancers will entertain the audience at the Irish Cultural Society meeting at 8 p.m. on December 9 in the Garden City Library, 60 Seventh Street, across the street from the Garden City Hotel. All are invited.

The Donny Golden School of Dance will send a troupe of talented and spirited dancers to bring some early holiday warmth to the Garden City Library stage. Students of a variety of ages will toe and tap dance, accompanied by young singers and musicians. The directors of the School will bring the audience behind the scenes to the preparation that goes into an Irish dance performance.

With Dancing with the Stars on hiatus, the Irish Society invites all devotees of the dance to an exciting evening featuring the dancing stars of the future.
