The older students in St. Joseph's School held their very first square dance last Monday night. The gym was transformed into a scene from a dusty barnyard and the cowboy hats came rolling in by 7pm. The instructional services of our caller Posie and her friend Louis made the evening perfect! The kids, grades 5 - 8, learned all the basics of square dancing and the parents and teachers in attendance got quite a workout! After a short break for apple cider and hot pretzels, the kids went back to show off all they learned!
