Garden City Volunteer Firefighters, under the direction of Chief James Meehan, are once again co-sponsoring Operation Wounded Warrior this year with area volunteer fire departments. Garden City resident Raymond Fitzpatrick , a sophomore at SUNY Oneonta, was a member of the 2008 Oneonta State men's soccer team. The Red Dragons finished the season 10-7-2 overall. This year's team made it to the SUNYAC Tournament. He played in six games for the Red Dragons this fall. More...
