School Principal Dr. Suzanne Viscovich brightens up the parade as "Tigger". In one of the most enjoyable traditions of the Garden City school year, kindergartners and first graders from the Homestead Primary School donned their costumes for a Halloween parade down Stratford Avenue.

With School Principal Dr. Suzanne Viscovich leading the way in her spectacular "Tigger" costume and District Superintendent Dr. Robert Feirsen looking on approvingly, all of Homestead's five and six year olds - as well as their teachers - delighted neighborhood residents and community parade goers with their beautiful commercial and home made costumes in what was surely, one of the happiest Halloween parades of all time.
