ON NOVEMBER 11, between 8:50 a.m. and noon, someone evidently entered a Pine Street house and stole a diamond pin. An investigation continues... ON NOVEMBER 9, police arrested a 24-year-old Hempstead woman who allegedly stole $125 in fashion jewelry, namely a ring, earrings, and a gold bracelet, as well as a Land's End baby sweater at Lord and Taylor...A BMX BIKE valued at $293 and a Schwinn bike valued at $300 were stolen from a back yard at Russell Rd... ON NOVEMBER 8, a 42-year-old Brooklyn woman was arrested for allegedly stealing a bracelet and Givenchy earrings at Lord and Taylor...PO OSWALD arrested a 28-year-old Roosevelt man for alleged DWI (.11%), defective headlights, and a defective exhaust system as well as defective rear lights at Franklin Avenue on November 8, at 4:15 a.m...ON NOVEMBER 5, a truck stop was held at Clinton Rd. with 10 trucks inspected, 5 trucks taken out of service, and 34 tickets issued...
