Stephen Calouri sprints around end for a first down! Spearheaded by QB Cole Dutton the Thunder scored 4 td's by Kyle Steinbach, Matt Desimplicis, Will Honan and Andrew DeSantis. Extra point conversions were added by Sal Ingrassia and James Buckley as the Thunder rolled over Franklin Square 26-0. The Maroon 8s have now had 11 different players cross the goal line this season. Defensively it was the 5th shutout for the Thunder Maroon 8s who were led on defense by Aidan Griffin, Peter Cannizzaro, James Buckley, Patrick Leggett, Tommy Siler and Michael Liberopolous. The thunder offensive line of Conor Clarke, Liam Glynn, Liam Widell, Mark Michon, Sean Leggett, Jack Dignam and Chris Calouri opened gaping holes all day and Kieran Paskewitz and Matt Desimplis capitalized as they ran for big yardage on almost every play. Gang tackles of the day were led by Joey Ostapow and Brian Greene.
