Coyle-Manley Second Grade Team

Coyle-Manley Second Grade Team It was an exciting year for the spirited squad of seven year old soccer players coached by Jeff Coyle and Patrick Manley. Gone were the tee shirts with a variety of vivid colors which were replaced with new reversible jerseys. Real referees officiated on full fields instead of the coaches making the calls on half fields. The nets were much larger than the PVC hockey nets from the year before and now their were goalies that could use their hands to stop a shot! This was starting to look like real soccer for the boys!

While they may not have won every game that they played, the Coyle-Manley crew certainly did improve from week to week and had lots of fun on the field. The dedicated team was comprised of Trent Biscone, Andrew Coyle, William Fuschillo, Andrew Hammersley, Antonio Magnotta, Ryan Manley, Daniel Mcleod, Danial Rocha, Steven Santel, Matthew Savino and Trevor Yeboah-kodie. Each team member contributed to the team effort as they fine tuned their soccer skills.

Thanks to coaches Coyle and Manley for their kindness and patience mixed with motivation and enthusiasm which made the Fall 2008 Season a great learning experience and lots of fun for the young players and their loyal fans.
