On Sunday, November 2, The Friends of the Garden City Public Library sponsored a free program "Glen Anthony: Last of the Clean Comedians" which entertained a capacity crowd. Mr. Anthony was the master of wholesome, hilarious humor and impersonator extraordinaire.

The November programs will include: a Doo Wop concert by "The Tribunes" with music from the 50's and 60's on Thursday, November 13; a concert of Judy Garland music in "Why Oh Why Can't I?" on Sunday, November 16 ; and a concert with pianist/vocalist Mitch Kahn performing "Academy Award-Winning Songs" on Thursday, November 20 . All programs begin at 2 p.m.
