Mia Berasti, Amelia DiChiara and Daniel Butt meet Freddy the frog. The children of Cathedral Nursery School were enchanted by the Science Museum of Long Island with a visit from some furry and scaly friends. Bunnies, lizards, snakes, tortoises and ferrets were part of the learning adventure for the 3 year old classes. The excited and curious expressions on the faces of the children made this educational visit a worthwhile experience. Cathedral Nursery School is a not-for-profit nursery school offering classes for 2, 3 and 4 year olds. In-house registration for the 2009-2010 school year is on Thursday, November 13th. Open registration begins December 2nd. For more information or a tour call 746-3311.
