The Board of Directors of the CPOA has contracted with Amplitude Research, Inc. to conduct a one question "YES" or "NO" Mail Survey on the AvalonBay Proposal for the Historic St. Paul's site. The CPOA made its decision to conduct this survey at a special board meeting on Tuesday, October 21st, 2008. Our intention is to survey the opinions of the central residents, all of whom we represent. The AvalonBay Proposal has been extremely controversial and will be the most difficult decision facing the current Board of Trustees which is why the CPOA wants to hear from its residents solely on the AvalonBay Plan.

The surveys were mailed by Amplitude Research this week using a current Central Section Resident Mailing List obtained from the Village. Please watch for this mailing and respond to Amplitude using the enclosed postage paid envelope. We thank you for your participation in this very important survey.

The next open meeting of the CPOA is on Tuesday, November 11, 2008 at the Senior Center on Golf Club Lane.
