Garden City's Chris Gladd batted over .600 over the regular season and batted over .750 in the playoffs as the VFs captured their 5th straight Queens County Court League Softball Championship. The VFs only finished in fourth place during the regular season but stepped up their play in the playoffs as they went undefeated.
