The Garden City Fire Department has announced it will be holding its Annual Fire Prevention Day and Open House on Sunday, October 5th at Fire Headquarters on Stewart Ave in the Village Hall Complex. The event begins at 12:00 pm. The event is held each year in conjunction with National Fire Prevention Week. This year's National theme is "It's Fire Prevention Week: Prevent Home Fires! More ...
