Melissa wins the ball. The G-Blue Team played their first scrimmage on Saturday, Sept. 14th against Jericho. The team put amazing effort out on the field. Lauren Hammersley playing Keeper denied Syosset on every attempt. Julia Choi, Claire Haggerty, and Melissa Whitney played aggressively on the offensive line. The Defensive Backs, Meghan Galligan, Deanna Weisenburger & Julia Beckman held a tight line and stopped attacks by booting the ball up field. Speedy Kaliegh Donovan playing Striker was a threatening force. The girls are coming together quickly as a team. We look forward to the rest of their scrimmages.
