Michael Abatemarco receives his Sam Dan Certificate for 3rd Degree Black Belt from Master Charles Water. Michael Abatemarco, a junior at Garden City High School, received his 3 rd Degree Black Belt at an Awards Presentation Ceremony on July 17, 2008. Michael has been a member of the Charles Water Karate & Fitness Studio in Williston Park for 11 years and has diligently studied the martial art of Tang Soo Do. The actual testing for the rank of Sam Dan (Advanced 3 rd Black Belt) took place in April, 2008.
